About
Sarah Hannett is a Performance & Behavioural Neuroscientist with an MSc in Psychology & Neuroscience, King’s College London. Specialising in the neuroscience of performance under pressure, emotional regulation and human behaviour.
Her work integrates neuroscience, psychology and nervous system regulation to support cognitive performance, behavioural consistency and resilient execution in high pressure environments. Grounded in an evolving framework known as Adaptive Performance Identity™, Sarah’s approach explores how identity, emotion and behaviour adapt under pressure to influence performance.
Alongside her academic training in psychology and neuroscience, Sarah is qualified to advanced levels in Pilates and Reformer Pilates, using movement and nervous system regulation as supportive tools for recovery, regulation and sustained performance. She is also trained in meditation and therapeutic sound practices, further supporting emotional regulation, recovery and resilience.
Sarah works with athletes and high performing individuals seeking to strengthen focus, composure and performance under pressure. Through neuroscience based strategies, performance visualisation and nervous system training, her approach supports individuals in developing the mental and physiological foundations required for sustained high performance.
